This journey into a child's imagination begins with that perennial classroom question, "What did you do on your vacation?" Not one to be upstaged by her worldly young classmates, our financially poor but creatively rich misfit heroine, Shirley, spins a wild tale of Egyptian adventure!
As we flashback to her alleged holiday, Shirley searches for treasure, battles the dreaded Dogman, braves the Tunnel of Terror, escapes the clutches of the Tacky Taxidermia, headlines at "The Cairocabana," meets the ancient rap act "The Mummy Brothers," and discovers the Wacky Pyramid where the coolest of Cairo are celebrating Cleopatra's birthday by putting on a "Mummy Musical!"
